β Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
β οΈ Hygiene Note: Due to health and safety standards, used memory foam products (e.g., pillows, cushions) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during transit.
π Exchange Policy
- We offer free exchange for:
- Size issues (in case of clothing)
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
π° Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong products
- Prepaid orders returned as per policy
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5β7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π Return Pickup & Shipping
- For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
- Return shipping for non-defective items will be borne by the customer.
